[ns] question

Dear Sir:
  Thanks a lot for your help and I have installed ns2 correctly.
  But when I run the tcl files ,I haven't the nam file accroding to it.I 
install NS2 following the "Getting everything at once"
  the following is what I get:

  $ns simple.tcl
  210
  0.003749999999999999
  running nam...
  $Cannot connect to existing nam instance.Starting a new one...

  Waiting to your help!
