[ns] Installation Problem

Hi ns-users,

   I downloaded ns-allinone-2.1b8a and tried to run ./install. But it gives 
the following error and exits without installing the ns:

  make:***[tk3d.o]Error 1
  tk8.3.2 make failed! Exiting ......

  Can any one help me installing the ns ?
