[ns] TCP out of order segments

Hi every one,

I've two questions on TCP
1) Is it possible to split TCP onto two unequal cost paths?
2)when we send TCP on two paths,
The TCP segments at sink 'll be out of order due to delays in one path. How
to handle this situation?

Please, send me a example Tcl file , if any one has , on TCP segment
verification with a split to two paths.
