a little; once you're outside California it's all a lot more effort,
so you really need to partner up with someone inside the LA loop.

The focus was around VINT, rather than around the ns simulator per se;
no idea what the focus (which would be driven by research funding) is
around now...

spent the last few decades of his life pointing this out in vain?
