Dear seniors,
        is the graph generated by GT-ITM software is a complete graph?
How can i assign costs to each edge generated in the topology? By default
GT-ITM generates the graph with a cost of 1. But according to Waxman
random graphs, edges should be assigned random costs.
kindly, let me know the details ...
