[ns] dynamically change parameters of router

Dear NS users:
I would like to dynamically change the parameters of routers based on the
conditions of this network (e.g. bandwidth, linkage, throughput, parameters
of other routers, etc. ). Does anyone has the experience of this. Thanks, I
appreciate.
