[ns] some questions about gprs

Hi,there,
I have some questions about ns:
1. In packet.h, there is a data structure --enum ns_af_enum { 
NS_AF_NONE,NS_AF_ILINK,NS_AF_INET}. What is its meaning?
2.I install gprs on ns, but 'ns examle.tcl' does not work. The problem lies 
in  assert(busy_) in RLCTimers:stop().Can someone told me how to solve it.
