hi all,
    I know in diffserv network,when congestion
happens,
TCP will suffer bandwidth lost than UDP.The reason is
TCP minishs its congestion window.
    Can we design robust TCP:When congestion happens
TCP minishs its congestion window to (rtt*bandwidth of
reservation)?
