For simulating propagation errors, you can use three propagation models described in chapter 18 or some artificial analytical errors depicted in chapter 13. For adding the artificial errors such as multistate and uniform, you need to refer to CHANGES.html under ns home page and tcl/test/test-suite-wireless-lan-newnode-err.tcl in the recent snap shot of ns.

I've read ns manual, in chapter 16.2.1 wired-cum-wireless scenarios, there is no explanation about error model.
If i want to add error model, what kind of error model are suitable to be implemented in wired-cum-wireless scenario?
