[ns] ns-2 in Windows XP ?

Hi.  
I am tried to install the NS-2 in Windows XP (I have used the same 
installation process that in Windows 98, in the one which if it works 
me the ns2), and up to now I have gotten the installation of the 
modules tcl8.3.2, tk8.3.2 and otcl-1.0a7. The problem appears when I 
try to install the fourth module tclcl-1.0b11, which presents the 
following error:

.... \tclcl.h(44): fatal error, cannot open the file otcl.h  
-----------------------------------------------  
Does somebody give me some solution?
