There seems to be some work at Microsoft on implmenting TCP-over-satellite
features because they have made available a white paper on the TCP stack
for the lastest release of Windows. The Microsoft white paper makes no
mention of any support for Windows NT, however.
Does anyone no more about this situation? Will Microsoft make a new TCP
stack generally available, even on NT, or are they simply experimenting at
this point?
