ns-compiling help

Hi,

I'm trying to install ns-2.1b1 on my machine running Solaris.
I have the following error by "ld":

Undefined symbol                    in file libotcl.a(otcl.o)

Tcl_ProcCmd                         ../otcl-0.96/libotcl.a(otcl.o)

Is this problem caused by a wrong version of otcl ?
How can I have a working version of otcl  using tcl7.6 and tk4.2 ?
