fq.tcl & fq-cbr.tcl no longer work!

Hi,

Does anybody know why fq.tcl and fq-cbr.tcl cannot run?
It works before with my ns-2.1b3.

I have the following error running it with ns-2.1b4

Is it due to any changes in otcl, or what?
