  After I executed "make depend", I run Ping demo successfully. (There is no
"./conf/mkdep" in "ns-allinone-2.1b3/ns-2" directory and no
"emulate/nat.cc"). After removed " $ns at 0.0 "$ns run-mcast" " in
mftp_demo.tcl, everything is ok.
