question about running the validation tests

Hi , I have a question on running the validation tests , each time I
run one (eg : ./test-all-simple) I get the following message for each
test : 
       " ./test-all-template1:../../ns: not found "

   I have down loaded the ns-allinone package and unzipped it , is there
something else I must do ?
