Installation problem

Hi,

   I am installing ns on a windows NT machine using visual c++ 6.0.

I finished installing tclcl but when i go to ns the installation stops
with this error message:

The system cannot find the path specified.

Stop.

When i checked the makefile.win i realised that tclsh80 doesn't exist in
that directory. I checked all of tcl directory but i couldn't find
tclsh80.

Does tclsh80 get created when i am installing tcl or does it come with tcl
when i download it?????

can anyone help me with this problem?????
