Hi ns-users,

I am trying to work with CBQ. Some of the documents that are available gives
two version of Files.
I want to know is what is the latest version. The one that is compatible
with Ns-2.
e.g test-suite-cbq.tcl
      test-suite-cbq-v1a.tcl
