"test-suite-cbq.tcl" is used by the file "test-all-cbq", and is the
main validation test for cbq.

"test-suite-cbq-v1a.tcl" is used by the file "test-all-cbq-v1", and is the
validation test that was used for ns-1 for cbq.  It runs in ns-2 in
backward-compatibility mode, to ensure that the ns-1 scripts can still
run correctly in ns-2.
