[ns] problem in Compiling NS-2

Hello Sir

 I installed All components of NS succesfully,
 But While compiling makefile.vc of NS-2.1b7 i am getting 
 error Message 'Syntax error' after line 
 do ( cd $i; NMAKE all; ) done
 before it one warning i am getting 
 LNK4031 : No subsystem specified ; CONSOLE assumed
 
 but still I got ns.exe file which after running giving 
 error message Application-specific Instalation Fail: Canont
 find usable init.tcl in the following derecties
 c:/project/lib/tcl8.3 c:/lib/tcl8.3 c:/project/lib/tcl8.3/library
 c:/library c:/../tcl8.3/libaray ../tcl8.3/libaray

 This Probably means TCL Wasnt installed problem
 
 I am unbale to find Why it's Giving  Syntax error 
 and why its giving problem whiler unning NS When TCL Installed
 Without any error.

 so plase help to solve these problem
