[ns] DV routing implementation

Hi,
i am trying to understand how DV routing is
implemented in NS (i am using ns-2.1b7)

1) Where (and when) is the 
"Agent/rtProto/DV instproc compute-routes" method
called ? 
i could only find it in the "rtObject instproc
intf-changed" method, but it should also be part of
nodes' initialization.
(~DV instproc init-all calls rtObject's init-all that
calls rtObject's compute-routes !!!)

2) Which are the methods describing the node's
classifier population process ? (i bet not "Node
instproc add-route"..) i want to know this to find out
whether a node uses the informations gathered by its
rtObject or the global routing table (something
dealing with routelogic)

I am desperately looking forward to an answer..please
