[ns] Re: NAM on WinNT

Seems like I post a lot of follow-ups on my own posts...

the below applies for running ns/nam through the standard
cmd.exe/command.exe file - but running it through the the cygwin I can run
the simulation backwards...

In general do win users not use cmd and only the cygwin's bash sh?
