[ns] Nam information added to ns manual

Hello,

I just wanted to alert everyone that  the Nam section of the ns manual
has been significantly updated.  There is more information on using nam
with ns and information on the nam trace file format to assist people in

using nam for visualization with other applications.

In addition, quite a lot of bug fixes have gone into nam since the last
release so people having visualization problems might want to try one of

the latest source code snapshots to see if the problem they are having
has been fixed.
