[ns] Infinite simulation

I have a problem in simulation, where it does not finish any, it should
be stopped with CTRL+C, plus the enormous size of the file traces which
contains thousands of the line: 

D 141.500516070 _17_ RTR TOUT 0 tcp 0 [0 0 0 0] [energy 4.254076]
------- [0:0 0:0 0 0] [0 0] 0 0


 This is a problem of topology?,  where the two nodes cannot join by
other nearby nodes, if it is the case, how to increase the sending
distance of the nodes knowing that I have this configuration for the
wireless support .
