[ns] Mobiwan installation problems (fwd)

Hello Thierry (et al.),

after solving last week's problem with the installation of mobiwan (caused
by residual config.cache files from your system), I am now encountering
another problem which has been tormenting me for the last few days.

Here is what I have been doing in a nutshell:

  I Dowloaded ns-allinone-2.1b6a from scratch
  Downloaded mobiwan
  Replaced ns-allinone-2.1b6a/ns-2.1b6 with mobiwan/ns-2/ns-mipv6 (and
   renamed the latter directory as "ns-2.1b6")
  Then I proceeded with the installation as usual by using ./install 

This resulted in the following error:

make: *** [edriver] Error 1
collect2: ld terminated with signal 11 [Segmentation fault], core dumped
make: *** [ns] Error 1


Do you have any idea what might have caused this problem. I tried the
above-mentioned steps on several linux platforms (red-hat, GNU, ..) but I
always encountered the same problem! :o(

P.P.S if you don't have a solution to the above problem, but you can
propose a better way of installing the mobiwan extensions I will be just
as happy :o)
