Hi all,

I'm working on DiffServ. I want to limit the speed at which a node sends packets through a link. I think 'addQueueuRate' is the command I should use to do that. However I've used it in one of my tcl files and it doesn't seem to be working at all. The bandwidth I'm using from the link is far higher than the rate limitation I have set.

I seem to remember that someone posted and e-mail explaining that this command (addQueueRate) doesn't work properly, but I haven't been able to find it in the list. Can anyone help me?

I really need this command to work for my thesis, so any help will be greatly appreciated.
