	it's me, I posted a message related to AddQueueRate problem

	There is some modification in the current file dsred.cc from ns people
(http://www.isi.edu/cgi-bin/nsnam/cvsweb/ns-2/diffserv/dsred.cc), but I'm
still working with ns 2.1b8a and my patch.

	Remember that this rate limiter works only for priority queueing.
