Description:

Description of Problem:
  The ns-allinone-2.1b8a pakage was donwloaded and I tried to install it running the simple command './install'. But everytime it exits without installing saying problem about tk8.3.2.


How Easily Reproducible:
  Every time

Steps to Reproduce:

1. ./install



Actual Results:
  It displays the following lines at the end.

make: ***[tk3d.o] Error 1
tk8.3.2 make failed! Exiting ...

Expected Results:
  Should have installed the NS package.

  Nothing has been modified with downloaded ns-allinone-2.1b8a from www.isi.edu.
