Lan Wei is a PhD Candidate at University of Southern California / Information Sciences Institute. Her specialty includes measuring, diagnosing, and optimizing for networking infrastructures and services, such as the DNS and CDNs. During her PhD study, she implements stability analysis and latency optimization of the anycast-based DNS and the anycast-based CDN, longitudinal detection of global DNS spoofing, and analysis over DDoS events.
