Charlie Perkin's MIP implementation *is* based on dynamic links. you could
see example scripts (like miptest.tcl) under ~ns/tcl/ex and the MIP code
(tcl/lib/ns-mip.tcl, mip & mip-reg {.cc,.h} etc) itself.
